Our minimum order requirement is 2 kg per item. But for new customers, we can supply any quantity as per their requirement to check our quality and service. What are the shipping methods you use? We use the following shipping methods: a) By Courier (delivery within 6-7 days with online tracking facility) b) By Air (Airport Delivery - Transit time approx 7-8 days) c) By Sea (Delivery at your nearest seaport - Transit time approx 30-35 days). It is prefferred only for larger orders. What is your shipping charges? We only charge the actual freight charges which we have to pay the carriers. So, we will be able to inform you the exact freight charges once we know the approximate quantity of your order and mode (courier, air or sea) of transport you wish to use. How fast will my order be filled and shipped? We have a very good manufacturing capacity. Normally, we dispatch the order within 7 days from order confirmation. For bulk order 15-20 days from order confirmation. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept payment through Wire Transfer/Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account. We will send you the banking information including swift address, etc. immediately on confirmation of the order. Normally, we get the payment on 3rd day here. What is your privacy policy? Suave Beads International respects your privacy. We do not rent or sell any of your information to third parties. We will never give any of your information out to another party. What kind of guarantee do you have? If you are not satisfied with your beads, you may return them within 10 days from the date of purchase. We can arrange to take it back or even transfer to any alternate customer in your country. All our customers are very happy with our quality and service and we have not faced any such problem so far. So we are confident. What if I need very large quantities? We offer lower prices for larger quantities of beads depending on the item. US$ What are your payment terms ? Our payment terms are 100% advance at the time of finalization of order for orders upto US$ 5000. For orders more than US$ 5000, 50% can send in advance and 50% when the goods are ready for shipment.
